This charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom house on Calle Luisa Fernanda, in Argüelles, is beautifully decorated and opens out onto a lovely private patio. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living area comes furnished with a sofa, dining table, and television.
The apartment enjoys an excellent central location, just around the corner from Plaza de España and 4 mintues from the Metro. The stunning Parque del Oeste is just steps from your front door, and you will find numerous shops, restaurants and tapas bars within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has been recently renovated and is bright and airy.
- The patio is furnished with a range of outdoor furniture, so you can enjoy a meal or drink outdoors.
- The stylish kitchen comes with all you need to cook.
- The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet, and good storage space for your toiletries.
- The bedroom is very cozy, and has direct access to the patio.
- You can easily walk to the lovely rose garden at Parque del Oeste and the Egyptian wonder Temple of Debod.
- The Gran Via is 8 minutes away on foot.
