This 51 m² 1-bedroom apartment on Calle del Espíritu Santo, in Malasaña, has a stylish open plan kitchen and living area. The bathroom is beautifully tiled, and the bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage space.
The apartment is located in a central and well-connected area, just 8 minutes from the Gran Vía on foot. Ópera, Plaza de España and the Plaza Mayor are located nearby, and you will find numerous shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- The living area is stylishly furnished including a comfortable sofa bed and a television.
- The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
- There is a range of modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave oven, and a washing machine.
- Javier the homecheker told us that he really loved this property.
- This lively area will make a fantastic base to explore the city, with shops, restaurants and cultural attractions right on your doorstep.
- Puerta del Sol is 10 minutes away.
