This stylish 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is for rent on Calle de Elvira in Fuente del Berro. There is a balcony which can be accessed from the combined kitchen and living area, while the bedroom has a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe. You will also find a large covered terrace that offers a table, chairs, and sink, ideal to get together with friends!
The Plaza de Toros de Las Ventas is within a 15-minute walk, and there are plenty of shops and a few restaurants nearby as well. The large Quinta de la Fuente del Berro is also just a 5-minute walk down the road, so there is plenty to keep you busy on your days off.

- There is underfloor heating as well as AC.
- The apartment is stylishly decorated and modern.
- Each room has a large window to let in lots of natural light.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- The apartment is close to public transport making it easy to travel around the city.
