A modern 3-bedroom apartment with AC is available to rent right down the street from the iconic Plaza de Toros in Las Ventas. The property has a sunny living room, where you can relax on the sofa and watch TV, or sit down at the large dining table for a delicious meal with family, flatmates, or friends. The kitchen has all the essentials, including an oven, a 4-burner electric stove, a dishwasher, and a small breakfast nook.
All 3 bedrooms are spacious and have lots of natural light, and each is well-furnished with either a double or single bed. There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment, 1 of which is ensuite to Bedroom 1.
You'll be living in Ventas, 1 of Madrid's most central and well-connected neighborhoods. The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the incredible Plaza de Toros, where you can catch a traditional Spanish bullfight, or simply take lots of pictures of the gorgeous bullring outside. Around the area, you'll also find plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and, shops to enjoy-- and for anything you can't find around home, the nearby Metro will take you wherever you want to go!
