This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on Calle de las Huertas, in Centro, is nicely decorated and cozy. The 90 m² property has a spacious living and dining area opening out onto a balcony with lovely street views. There is also a separate kitchen with all the essentials to cook.
The apartment enjoys an excellent central location, 10 minutes from Puerta del Sol on foot. This lively area offers plenty of tapas bars, restaurants, and shops to discover, and the Metro stops 3 minutes away to take you to other parts of the city.
What we liked the most
- There is AC and gas heating to keep you comfortable throughout the year.
- The living area is stylishly furnished including a comfortable sofa and dining table.
- There is a range of modern appliances including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a washing machine.
- You will find 3 of the city's best museums within a short walk: the Thyssen-Bornemisza, Prado and Reina Sofia.
- The lovely El Retiro Park is within walking distance.
- Cédric the Homecheker told us that he really loved this property.
