Located in the heart of the La Latina district is this 1-bedroom apartment available to rent. The 60 m² apartment is perfect for 1 or 2 people with beautiful wood flooring and stylish decor. The living room comes fully furnished and leads to the walk-through kitchen, where you have modern appliances and a dining corner tucked away. The bedroom is quite spacious and has a large wardrobe for storage.
La Latina is a central neighborhood most known for its cozy taverns and delicious tapas bars. You have plenty of small parks to explore and plazas filled with hidden gems. If you enjoy food markets, be sure to head to the nearby Mercado de la Cebada and Mercado de San Miguel. Living here you can have an authentic Madrileño experience, while still being close to monuments such as the Plaza Mayor and Palacio Real de Madrid.
