This stylish apartment is situated on Calle de Embajadores in the vibrant neighbourhood of Delicias. It is fully furnished, with a spacious living room that lets in plenty of natural light, and a modern kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave and storage. The bathroom is functional, with a shower, sink and bidet.
This apartment is located just a short walk from transportation such as the Delicias Metro Station. It is also surrounded by various restaurants and is within walking distance of Parque Tierno Galvan, an ideal spot for a stroll in the summer.
What we liked the most
- This apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all you need to cook.
- There is a washing machine and heating.
- The apartment has several large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
- The bathroom has a sink, shower and bidet.
- The apartment is close to transport and amenities.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no parking, but plant you public transport options close by.
- The video does not show a second single bed in bedroom 1, however this will be added before new tenants move in.
- Bedroom 2 now has a folding double bed, different to what's shown in the video and photos.
