A modern 2-bedroom apartment with a lovely terrace and AC is available to rent on the busy Calle de Toledo in La Latina. The apartment has a stylish living room, where you can relax on the sofa, or sit down to enjoy a delicious meal in front of the TV at the dining table.
The kitchen, which is open to the living room, has all the essentials, including an oven, a 4-burner electric stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washer-dryer, and a cool bar area with 4 trendy barstools.
Both bedrooms are spacious and have lots of natural light, and each is well-furnished with either a double bed or twin beds. While neither bedroom has a wardrobe, you'll find lots of storage space for your things in the large built-in wardrobes in the hall. The bathroom is
You'll be living in La Latina, 1 of Madrid's most central, historic, and vibrant neighborhoods. You'll never be bored around here, with restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops on every corner around the apartment. Just try not to sleep in too late on Sundays-- Madrid's famous Rastro market has lots of unique finds every Sunday morning!
