This spacious 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Calle de la Grandeza in the district of Puerta del Ángel offers a quite lifestyle just 10 minutes drive outside of Madrid's city centre. With a kitchen with an oven and dishwasher, underfloor heating in the living room, and combination shower and bathtub in the bathroom, this apartment has everything you might need to make the space your own.
Travelling to Madrid city centre is simple when using the Metro which is located near by. Health services as well as supermarkets and informations centres are also in close walking distance. The area is quite relaxed with multiple schools and parks in the area.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has several large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
- There is a great amount of storage space throughout the apartment.
- The bathroom features a relaxing shower-bath combination.
- The apartment and the area are really quiet.
- You will have a private 10m² storage unit in the building.
