A charming 1-bedroom loft apartment with 2 balconies is available to rent in La Gavia. The apartment has a sunny living room with a large double bed, where you can relax on the cozy couch and watch TV, or sit down to a delicious meal at the large dining table. The colorful kitchen has all the basics, including an electric stove, a microwave, and a washing machine.
Upstairs, you'll find the loft bedroom, which is well-furnished with a large double bed and an extra single bed. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, 1 of which has a large, walk-in shower. Both balconies in the apartment are spacious, with wonderful views of the tranquil area around the neighborhood.
You'll be living in Villa de Vallecas, just down the road from the enormous La Gavia shopping center. In the shopping center, you'll have lots to do-- apart from having lots and lots of shops, restaurants, and bars, La Gavia also has a cinema, an IKEA, and a large Carrefour supermarket. And, with Metro Line 1 nearby, you'll have a direct line from your home to Madrid's city center!
What we liked the most
- The terraces are gorgeous!
- You'll be living right down the road from the enormous La Gavia shopping center.
- There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment, so you'll never have to wait long for your turn.
- The apartment has several beds, accommodating plenty of family members or guests.
