This 1-bedroom apartment on Calle de Agustin de Foxa, in Nueva España is fully furnished and has an equipped kitchen and comfortable living area. The 55 m² property has plenty of charm, with polished wooden floors and a simple but stylish decor. Heating and A/C is installed and there is 1 bathroom. There is a second sleeping area which is semi-independent and has twin beds.

The apartment is located in Nueva España, a well connected residential neighbourhood north of the city centre. Although not located in central Madrid, this area of the city offers a more authentic slice of local life. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars close by, as well as public transport to get you around town.

  • The apartment has a thoughtful decor, and stylish furnishings throughout.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is a second sleeping area with twin beds which is separated from the living room by a glass wall. However, there is no door to this room, so it is not completely independent.
  • Parties are not allowed and tenants must be respectful with regards to noise.
  • The built-in wardrobe for the bedroom is in the corridor.
  • There is no oven in the kitchen.
