The apartment has well-furnished and cozy bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The living room is ideal for relaxing alone or with friends with 2 couches and flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine, and has plenty of cabinet space.
Tetuán is a residential district located north of the city center. But residential can also be lively. On nearby Calle de Villaamil, the street is lined with international restaurants, furniture stores, a copy house, and more. You are also well-connected to the rest of Madrid with 2 Metro stops just a 10-minute walk away.
