This 1-bedroom apartment on Calle Minas, in Malasaña has been nicely renovated and comes well equipped to accommodate up to 2 tenants. The 30 m² property has a cozy living area, a modern bathroom, and a kitchen with all the essentials to prepare your meals.
The apartment enjoys a fantastic central location, only 7 minutes on foot from the iconic Gran Vía. This lively area offers plenty to see and do, and is home to an excellent range of shops, restaurants and bars.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is simply but nicely decorated.
- The bathroom has a shower, sink, and storage space for your toiletries.
- The apartment is located close to the best Madrid has to offer.
- The Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol are both within a 16-minute walk.
- Javier the Homechecker told us that he really loved this property!
Things to keep in mind
- Wi-Fi is not installed, so you will need to arrange the service yourself if required.
- The kitchen does not have an oven, but there is a microwave.
- There is no heating in the apartment.
