It comes with a dishwasher, washing machine and lovely balcony. The building has a reception, and there is a common use rooftop pool with a great view.
Salamanca is a upscale neighborhood filled with elite boutiques, grand boulevards and lots of embassies. Your new home is surrounded by a diverse range of restaurants. Gyms, banks, and supermarkets are nearby. But you might want to opt shopping for gourmet groceries at Platea Madrid. It’s 10 minutes away.
