This gorgeous 1-bedroom attic apartment is available for rent on Calle Hortaleza in Chueca. This tranquil oasis has tons of natural light thanks to all of the skylights - the apartment’s greatest feature! The beautiful living room has plenty of space with a comfy sofa, an armchair, a dining table with four chairs, a flatscreen tv, and shelving for photos and other knickknacks. The bedroom has a double bed with plenty of storage space with three wardrobes with a chest of drawers. There are plenty of windows in this apartment including a skylight. Bright and comfortable, its perfect for one to two people. The bathroom has a sink, a toilet, a beautiful shower and plenty of storage space for your personal items. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, a washing machine, an electric stove, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator. Living here, you will be close to all of the action; however, this apartment is relaxing and quiet.

Chueca is one of Madrid’s liveliest neighborhoods. Known for being gay-friendly, there is so much going on here. As a hipster’s paradise, all of Chueca’s creativity and exuberance is reflected in its restaurants, shops, and bars, including Celicioso, a delicious bakery with gluten-free options. It happens that Calle Hortaleza is one of Madrid’s most famous streets that branches off from Gran Via. Supermarkets nearby include Carrefour Express and Día.
