This cozy 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Calle de Palencia is on the 3rd floor. It’s ideal for workers and postgraduates. It’s a cute apartment. The bathroom has a small tub and shower nozzle. The sunny kitchen is fully equipped. There is ample cupboard space, and there is a dishwasher, as well. The practical double bedroom is compact and has two slim night tables. And the living and dining room, which has a bright window, is furnished with a sofa, shelving and a dining table.
North of the city center, Cuatro Caminos neighborhood is a great place to immerse in the local culture. It’s off the beaten path, but you’ll still find a couple of sites in the area. Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, which is home to Real Madrid FC, is the big draw. You can walk there in 20 minutes. UCM Faculty of Education is also a 20-minute walk away. Closer to home, you’ll discover a number of lovely restaurants. There are even a few nightclubs nearby, and the grocery store is just around the corner.

- You’re well connected by public transportation.
- There are a few universities and schools nearby.
