This cosy 1-bedroom apartment on Calle de José María Pemán, in Carabanchel is fully furnished and has an open-plan equipped kitchen. The 38 m² property has 2 lovely little balconies, a bright living room, and there is 1 tidy tiled bathroom. The bedroom also gets plenty of light and has it's own balcony overlooking the internal courtyard.
The apartment is located in Carabanchel, an authentic locals locale south of the city centre.You'll find the true Castilian Madrid around here, as well as excellent restaurants and bars. They know how to party in Carabanchel, and the area is famous for its San Isidro celebrations.
What we liked the most
- Carabanchel is outside central Madrid, but is a nice quiet area of the city to base yourself.
- Gas heating is installed throughout.
- The bathroom has a shower over bath and is stylishly tiled.
- The kitchen is open-plan and has a cool little breakfast bar at which to enjoy your meals.
- The comfortable living room has a large sofa and television.
Things to keep in mind
- There is a washing machine but no dryer in the apartment.
