This 1-bedroom apartment on Calle del Capitán Blanco Argibay, in Tetuán is fully furnished and has plenty of charm. The property has a unique decor and chic furnishings, which create a lovely living space. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the spacious living area opens out onto a cute terrace. There is 1 beautiful bathroom and heating i installed to help keep you warm in winter.
The apartment is located in Tetuán, north of the city centre. This area of Madrid is known as a true locals locale and there are plenty of excellent low key restaurants and cervecerías within easy reach. The Metro is close by too so getting central is a breeze.
What we liked the most
- Tetuán is an excellent spot to base yourself, outside the tourist hustle, but still within easy reach of the action.
- The apartment has a charming decor, and stylish furnishings throughout.
- Heating is installed throughout to help keep you warm in winter.
- The kitchen is well equipped and has plenty of bench space to cook.
- Large windows let in plenty of natural light.
- The 2 terraces are a definite highlight, and make the perfect spot for an afternoon drink on warm spring nights.
- The kitchen is well equipped and has an oven, stove and dishwasher.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no television in this apartment, but you live in Madrid, so get out there!
- The bedroom is on the small side, but overall this is a spacious 1-bedroom apartment.
