The living room is a cozy space with 2 couches, big windows, plants, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is compact but fully equipped and with plenty of cupboards. The bedroom is tranquil and bright with floor-to-ceiling windows, colorful walls, and a big, comfy bed.
On Calle Antonio Pérez, you are in the southern part of Chamartín, closer to posh Salamanca. This means you get the perfect balance of local neighborhood shops and restaurants, with easy access to some of the best that Madrid has to offer. Within 5 minutes of you apartment, you have Metro and bus stops, grocery stores, and plenty of basic amenities.
What we liked the most
- We love the big bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows.
- You are surrounded by public transportation.
- The IE Business School is about 10 minutes away.
