This renovated 30 m² 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is for rent on Calle de San Bernardino in Malasaña. The apartment boasts a double bedroom, as well as a modern open-plan loft level sleeping area, that is also furnished with a double bed. The chic combined kitchen and living room has wooden floors, a sofa and table, and chairs so you have plenty of room to relax.
You won't need to look too hard for things to do near this apartment, as the Templo de Debod, Plaza de Espana, and Museo ABN Modern Art Museum are all nearby. After a long day exploring the sights around Madrid you'll be hungry - luckily there are plenty of restaurants nearby too.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport so you can easily explore Madrid.
- The bathroom is just beside the entrance, and is modern with a shower, sink and toilet.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating and AC to keep you comfortable year round.
Things to keep in mind
- There are stairs within this apartment leading up to the loft, so it may not be suitable for everyone.
- This is a 4th floor apartment without an elevator.
- Wi-Fi is not installed in this apartment.
- The loft-level sleeping area is not fully independent from the living room.
