This 1-bedroom apartment comes with a cosy living room which has trendy decor and is furnished with a comfortable sofa. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with microwave, oven and everything you will ever need. You have a spacious bedroom and a bathroom that has a bathtub where you can relax after a long day. This is the perfect apartment for anyone who is looking to live in one of the trendiest neighborhoods of Madrid.
The apartment is located in one of the bar streets, so there are literally several bars within 3 minutes walk. Some of the most recommended ones are Mad Cafe, Vermutería La Bolita Negra and Casa Lucas. Apart from all the bars and tapas, the apartment is also located 10 minutes walk away from historical and cultural landmarks such as the Almudena, the beautiful cathedral of Madrid and the Royal Palace. For grocery shopping, we definitely recommend Mercado Cebada, which is located 2 minutes walk away. You will find fresh fruits and vegetables! On Sundays, you can go to the Rastro, where the streets in La Latina are full of clothes, furniture, books and antiques.
What we liked the most
- It is quite hard to find a studio apartment in La Latina and this one is really nice!
- The bedroom is very spacious and couples are allowed so you can live here with your someone special!
- The location is great, if you want to immerse yourself in Spanish youth lifestyle, this is the place to be.
- After 20 minutes walk, you can also get away from the bustling loud neighborhood to a quiet park in Campo del Moro.
