This sleek 1-bedroom apartment is available for rent on Calle de Cervantes in Centro. This is a fantastic apartment with a comfortably furnished living room and compact, yet well-equipped, kitchen. A door leads from the living area to a cosy bedroom with a double bed, TV, access to a small balcony and an ensuite bathroom that is installed with a shower, toilet and sink.
This apartment is located in the bustling city centre of Madrid. There are great public transport links in the area with 2 metro stations less than 5-minutes walk away. The area is also packed with restaurants and bars, the perfect place to meet friends.
What we liked the most
- There is plenty of retail stores in the area for when you feel like having a shopping spree.
- There is a gourmet grocery store across the road or there are other supermarkets within walking distance.
- This apartment has AC and heating to keep you comfortable year-round.
- There is a TV in the living room and the bedroom so no matter where you are in the apartment you can have some entertainment.
- The bedroom has a striped feature wall behind the head of the bed.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no washing machine or dryer in this apartment however the nearest laundromat is only 1-minute walk away at the end of the street.
- There is no oven in the kitchen however there is a microwave and a stove top that you could use to cook meals.
