Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. Variable rent price
Advertised price: this applies only to stays of at least 12 months
Stays of less than 6 months: the rent price will be 20% higher than the indicated price
Stays of between 6 and 12 months: the rent price will be 10% higher than the indicated price

15-day payment policy
If you move in between the 1st and the 15th of the month, you will need to pay for the whole month
If you move in between the 16th and the 31st of the month, you will need to pay for half of the month
The same policy applies for check-out
Early departure
If applicable, for stays of less than 12 months, early departure is not permitted. If you need to check out before expected, you must pay the rent for the remaining months of your contract. For example: for a booking of 6 months, if you check out after 4 months, you will still be required to pay the remaining 2 months of rent.
If applicable, for stays of over 12 months, early departure is permitted according to contract conditions. Cancellation fee: €67

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
