Located in the neighbourhood of Atocha, this modern apartment has a lot of character. Situated on the fourth floor, it is a 72 square meter duplex with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The location and style of the apartment give it a trendy feel.
What we liked the most
- Both bathrooms have been recently renovated with new toilets, sinks, and showers – the en-suite bathroom is larger than the first bathroom.
- The kitchen is great! It's equipped with an electric stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a lot of storage space, and amenities for cooking. It also has an island with two stools.
- There is natural gas heat and water heater, as well as two portable A/C units.
