This one-bedroom, one-bathroom interior apartment is located on Calle Fernández de la Hoz in the Almagro neighborhood of the Madrid's Chamberí district. There is a bright, contemporary living room with laminated wood floors and air conditioning, a very modern kitchen, and a double bedroom with a built-in closet and en-suite bathroom.
This area of Chamberí is sandwiched in between the Salamanca shopping district, the Parisian-esque Alonso Martínez, the hipster paradise that is Malasaña, and trendy Chueca. It’s only 25 minutes to Sol from one of the three Metro stops servicing the neighborhood! The area of this apartment is 49 m2.
What we liked the most
- The house has air conditioning, perfect for hot Madrid summers!
- The spacious living room has a great set of shelving with plenty of space to store the TV and other items
- The bedroom has a huge double bed with a small TV and large built-in wardrobe
- The bathroom is ensuite, making it a perfect place for a couple or something looking for his or her own space in one of the best neighborhoods in Madrid
