You may dry your clothe son an individual drying rack inside the apartment or on ropes in the interior patio. The apartment has individual electrical heating and electrical water heating. The price of rent includes water, sheets, and towels, but all other utilities (gas, heating, electric, and WiFi) are NOT included in the price of rent. You may also choose to pay an extra €50 per month for twice-monthly cleaning service. Rent may be paid in either cash or via bank transfer. A minimum lease of 90 days (3 months) is required for this apartment.

This one-bedroom. one en-suite bathroom interior apartment is located on Calle Cartagena in the Guindalera section of Madrid’s Salamanca district, right at the border with Chamartín’s Prosperidad neighborhood. This studio is ideal for someone studying at IE Business School due to its proximity to campus in walking distance. The area of the apartment is 24 m2.
