This apartment is interior and is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator. There are individual electrical heaters available and the water heater operates on electricity. You should dry your washing using the ropes that are fitted over the interior patio. Rent includes property maintenance, council taxes, community fees, water bills, wi-fi, and bed linen. There is an alarm system in the flat, but this is not included in the monthly rent.

What we liked the most
- Everything in the apartment is brand new, including a fully tiled bathroom and a small but functional kitchen offering a good range of appliances and accessories.
- There is a really nice combined kitchen/living area containing a sofa bed and a small dining table with two chairs.
Things to keep in mind
- Both rooms are interior but have windows overlooking an interior patio.
- The landlord will buy a desk and a wardrobe for bedroom 2, but these don't appear on the photos or video at this stage.
