This two-bedroom, one-bathroom exterior apartment is located on Calle Príncipe de Vergara in the Salamanca section of Madrid. This apartment is ideal for students studying at the IE Business School due to its proximity to campus on foot. The apartment is also close to the Intercambiador de Avenida de América, which offers four Metro lines, Interurbano bus service to eastern suburbs, and ALSA bus service to other cities in Spain such as Barcelona. The area is also close to Salamanca’s extensive shopping area and many corporate offices. The area of the apartment is 105 m2.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has two patios, one interior and one exterior, ideal for those looking to have outdoor entertaining spaces all year round!
  • The kitchen has a big dining room table in the middle with lots of storage, a large fridge, modern microwave, oven (perfect for baking!), electric stove, AND a dishwasher (perfect for those not wanting to wash dishes
  • The living room has plenty of lounge space with a mixture of modern and vintage furniture

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is on the ground floor, meaning that it’s on street level
