A fantastic two bedroom apartment with one bathroom located on Conde de Aranda street, in Salamanca. This is considered one of the best areas to live in Madrid surrounded by beautiful buildings, nice shops and top-class restaurants. This neighborhood is also home to the Parque del Buen Retiro, one of the city's best parks providing city dwellers with a peaceful oasis in the middle of town. The total floor area is 105 sqm.
What we liked the most
- This apartment is equipped with high quality furniture throughout.
- The kitchen is spacious and comfortable equipped with a great range of cooking utensils and appliances.
- There is a dining table with four chairs and a living area containing a sofa, a coffee table and a TV.
- There is a spacious fully tiled bathroom equipped with a large bathtub.
Things to keep in mind
- Both bedrooms have twin beds which can be put together to create a double bed.
