A well distributed one bedroom apartment with one bathroom, a living area and a separate kitchen. This 45 sqm exterior flat is located on Cardenal Cisneros street, in the elegant neighborhood of Trafalgar, within the district of Chamberí. This area is one of the most sought-after in Madrid, being safe, upscale and within close proximity to the town centre. You can walk to Puerta del Sol, stopping on the way on the many beautiful boutiques and cafes scattered around the area.
What we liked the most
- As you enter this apartment you will encounter a beautiful living and dining area furnished with a large red sofa, a wooden dining table with four chairs and flat screen TV.
- This home is very cosy and welcoming, with polished wooden floors and walls painted in a lovely light blue colour, adding to the overall warmth.
- There are two small balconies, one in the bedroom and one in the living area. Both enjoy of some beautiful street views.
- The kitchen is very well equipped and there is a handy cork-board where you can pin your shopping list of bills that need to be paid.
Things to keep in mind
- Bills are not included in the monthly rent and will need to be paid by the tenant separately.
- The bathroom is accessed via the bedroom.
