This comfortable 2-bedroom apartment, which has air conditioning, is available to rent on Calle San Hermenegildo. The living room has a couch and a wall-mounted TV where you can watch your favorite shows and a small dining table which separates the area from the equipped kitchen. The apartment has lots of cool artwork on the wall and some rustic details giving it a great atmosphere and there are 2 bathrooms, perfect for shared living.
The property is located in one of the trendiest areas in Madrid where you will find many fashionable restaurants, cool boutiques and exciting nightclubs. It is also right in the heart of the city, close to some of the most famous sights and many other popular areas. The streets outside are charmingly narrow and are home to friendly shops where you will be able to buy your basic amenities.
What we liked the most
- In the living area you will find a TV, a dining table with four chairs and a sofa which you can open up to create a double bed.
- There is one fully equipped shared bathroom, and bedroom 2 has an ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower and a sink only. (no toilet).
- Wi-Fi and other utilities are already installed in the apartment and included in the monthly rent, saving you the hassle of getting these organised when you arrive to Madrid.
- There is a hot and cold air-conditioning unit in the living area.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 1 does not have a window so it does not receive much natural light.
- Please keep in mind that the property has electric heating not central heating.
