This renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment on Calle los Vascos is ideal for students and will make you feel right at home. Its pleasant atmosphere is shown through its brightness, coming from the big window in the living room. The apartment has lots of storage both in the living room and the comfortable double bedroom, so storing your belongings won't be a problem at all. It's located in Ciudad Universitaria, a friendly student-centered neighborhood where you can find many bars, restaurants, gymnasiums and student residences. The apartment is also near public transport, allowing plenty of access into the city centre. The area of this beautiful apartment is 37m2 and it comes fully furnished. Absolutely perfect!
What we liked the most
- The apartment is spotless; it maintains a white and brown color scheme that adds a lot of sophistication!
- There is A/C in the living room to keep you comfortable during the hot summer months.
- The living room window lets in a lot of natural light.
- As the whole apartment is renovated, it has a clean, modern feel.
- There is a balcony accessible via the bedroom where you can dry your clothes or have a coffee. You have views of the blue skies of Madrid as well as the mountains.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen is small and lacks an oven, but it has a microwave and a large refrigerator.
