The flat comes fully furnished with a well equipped kitchen, including an oven and dishwasher and AC is available in most of the rooms. Lavapiés is a multicultural neighborhood known for restaurants serving cuisines from all over the world. The flat is also within walking distance of La Latina, home of the famous El Rastro market on Sunday mornings full of tapas bars. Despite being at the center of all the action, this apartment enjoys a tranquil ambiance as it is interior. The area of the flat is 75 m2
