This fully renovated one bedroom apartment is very well-equipped for a comfortable stay, including having central heating and air-conditioning. It features a living area with a television, one bathroom, a small kitchen and a bedroom with a built-in closet and a double bed. The apartment is located on Calle de Villanueva, next to Paseo de Recoletos and very close to Colon and Retiro metro stations. Nearby attractions include Retiro Park, the Prado Museum, Puerta de Alcalá, Palacio de Cibeles, and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum. Salamanca is one of the nicest places to live in Madrid, being surrounded by boutiques, restaurants, cafes and within walking distance to great nightlife, theatres and cinemas. The apartment for rent is interior and has a floor area of 37 sqm.

- The apartment has central heating and air-conditioning, ideal to cope with Madrid's weather with such wide temperature extremes.
Things to keep in mind
