This large seven-bedroom apartment offers six single rooms for rent individually. The seventh room is used as a storage room by the landlady, who lives in a separate area connected to the flat. This all-male apartment has two shared bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine is equipped with central heating and Wi-Fi. The apartment is located on Calle de Alberto Aguilera, in the neighbourhood of Moncloa. Ciudad Universitaria is only a short public transport ride away, and you can walk to some of the city's main attractions such as Plaza de España, Parque del Oeste, the Gran Via and Malasaña. The apartment is exterior and has a floor area of 220 sqm.

What we liked the most

  • All rooms for rent are fully furnished and are suitable for both students and professionals.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped and features a range of appliances including a stove, an oven, electric kettle and toaster.
  • Bedrooms 4 and 5 have a beautiful shared balcony with nice street views.
  • Moving around Madrid will be easy! You can rent public bikes right outside the apartment, and there are several metro stations within walking distance.
  • The flat is equipped with central heating and Wi-Fi.
  • There is a washing machine allowing tenants to save money by doing their own laundry.

Things to keep in mind

  • There are only two bathrooms to be shared amongst all bedrooms.
  • Smoking is permitted in the bedrooms only.
  • The landlady lives in a separated area of the apartment.
  • Bedroom 3 is not available for rent, as the landlady uses it as a storage room.
