The apartment has recently been renovated and has a living room which is a comfortable place for tenants to spend time together. The furnished kitchen features a dining table and plenty of storage space. It would be impossible to find an apartment in a more central area, as this property is located in between Sol and Callao and is within walking distance from many areas in Spain's capital.
