This classic flat spans 110m2 in total area and is within walking distance to the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Complutense University, and Universidad San Pablo CEU. The shared spaces include the kitchen, spacious living room, and the bathrooms, and there is a cleaning service included in the price. There are various metro lines within a 10 minute stroll, providing easy access to the city center of Madrid.

What we liked the most

  • As the rooms are only for female students, tenants can expect to live with those around the same age.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and dishwasher and comes with plenty of storage space.
  • The rental price includes biweekly cleaning of the common areas.
  • The living room is very spacious and has ample seating. There is also an extra refrigerator in this room to keep your snacks.
