This neighbourhood provides plenty of entertainment, filled with bars, cafés and restaurants for socialising. Tenants can walk 15 minutes to reach both the Complutense University of Madrid and the Polytechnic University. The interior of the property is bright and spacious, with a comfortable living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 clean bathrooms to share between tenants.
