There exterior rooms available to rent in this 160 m², 6-bedroom and 2-bathroom apartment in Tetuán. Each room comes fully furnished and with a private key. The bright kitchen is the larger common area, fully equipped and with a dining table. There is a cozy living room with a sofa and arm chair, where you can watch TV.
On Calle San Leopoldo, the apartment is minutes from the Plaza de Castilla bus and metro station making it easy to move around Madrid. You are also seconds from Paseo de la Castellana, where you can find plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants.
What we liked the most
- Modern amentities include a dishwasher, central heat, and a a flat-screen TV.
- The rooms comes with private room keys for added privacy.
- The kitchen
- There is storage space in the corridor and bathrooms.
- You have both a shower and bathtub to choose from.
- You have Paseo de la Castellana right around the corner and the Plaza de Castilla metro stop.
Things to keep in mind
- The AC unit in bedroom 1 does not work.
