Cosy rooms in a large 6-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in Salamanca, close to Avenida de America and Nuevos Ministerios. Spanning across 140 m², this apartment has wide hallways and a fully equipped kitchen area. All bills are included in the rent and weekly cleaning of communal areas is provided.
You will be living in one of the most well-connected parts of Madrid, perfect for those commuting to areas outside of the city centre. The apartment is also near IE Business School and plenty of smaller green areas. You can find plenty of shopping streets nearby, including Calle de Serrano, which is just a 5-minute walk away.
