This spacious 123sqm three bedroom apartment in the neighborhood of Guindalera offers three bedrooms to rent. All rooms are fully furnished and have a desk and a heating unit. One of the best features of this apartment is a very large terrace where tenants can enjoy some downtime in the sun. This exterior apartment also features two shared living areas, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room.

The apartment is located on Calle de Alcalá, Madrid's longest street, only a couple of minutes on foot from Ventas, the city's iconic bullfighting arena.

What we liked the most

  • The large terrace is equipped with a table and a canopy so that it can be enjoyed regardless of the weather.
  • There are two living rooms where tenants can socialize and relax outside of their rooms.
  • The kitchen is equipped with all that is necessary to cook.
  • There is a laundry room where you will find cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner, washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron.
