This large apartment has 8 bedrooms to rent and is perfect for students, but would also suit professionals. There are 2 shared bathrooms, and the apartment covers an area of 140 m². The rooms are very tidy, well-furnished, and all feature a small exterior or interior balcony, television, and heating unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, washing machine, gas stove top, and coffee maker. There is access to a pool during summer.
The apartment is on Calle del Limonero located to the North of the city centre but well-connected to the rest of Madrid by the metro. The neighbourhood is considered one of the most culturally diverse districts of Madrid, and you will find an excellent selection of ethnic restaurants and stores.

- All of the rooms for rent feature a small balcony and a television.
- A metro station is just 2 minutes walk from the front door.
- A weekly cleaning service is included in the rental price and covers the common areas.
