La Latina is one of Madrid's most historical, vibrant areas which is filled with tapas bars, cafés and music venues that line every street. The apartment is in the heart of the action — Plaza de la Cebada is 1 minute away, and the El Rastro Sunday market can be reached in just a few minutes. This property is well-connected to the rest of the city — tenants can either walk or catch the metro from La Latina metro station which is 4 minutes away.
