This large 150 m², 8-bedroom apartment has fully furnished rooms for rent. The common area is the fully equipped kitchen which also has a separate laundry area. All the bedrooms come with extra storage space and a personal TV. There are 3 full bathrooms to share.

Guindalera and Fuente del Berro is a residential part of the Salamanca district. You have a metro stop less than 5-minutes away by foot. This neighborhood is also home to the IE Business School and the Las Ventas Bullring.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen comes fully equipped with a microwave, electric stovetop, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine.
  • There are 3 full renovated bathrooms to share.
  • All the bedrooms have a heating unit and a bed that doubles as an extra storage space.
  • All the bedrooms have their own independent key for added privacy.
  • The street is a quiet residential area lined with beautiful trees.
  • There is a bus stop and metro stop less than a 5-minute walk away.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no living room, but the bedrooms are well-sized and come with a personal TV.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
