Rooms are available to rent in a comfortable 3-bedroom apartment in Carabanchel. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you could need to get yourself set up in Madrid. The 3 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms, which means you won't have to wait in a queue in the morning! Both bathrooms have large walk-in showers. The apartment has air-conditioning - a bonus in the summers!
The kitchen is fully-equipped and benefits from lots of natural light via an interior patio window. There is a breakfast table that folds away when not in use, and a dishwasher to save you time and effort! The views from the apartment are beautiful, looking out over the city and to the mountains beyond.
The location of this apartment couldn't be better. It's just next to Madrid Rio, a fantastic place to have a stroll or go for a jog. Atlético fans will be pleased to know that they can walk to the Calderón stadium in just 10 minutes! Next to the apartment itself there are many shops and cafes, including several banks. There are loads of restaurants around, serving dishes from everywhere from Mexico to China, as well as typical Madrileño food.

- AC is a highly welcome addition given the heat of Madrid’s summers.
- A dishwasher is an added luxury, saving you time on washing up.
- Animals are allowed in the apartment so your pet hamster can move in with you too.
- A large and comfortable living-room, complete with table and chairs, is ideal for relaxing, enjoying meals or studying.
- The apartment’s proximity to the metro station means sleeping through your alarm will not be such a disaster.
