Each of the bathrooms has a toilet and a shower, so should do away with morning arguments. The living room has 2 sofas and a TV, and also has a dining table.
Chamartín is a mostly residential area, and the street the apartment is on is no exception, however, there are lots of small bars and restaurants on nearby streets, and Calle de López de Hoyos with lots of small shops, including local supermarkets and some boutique clothes shops, is just a couple of minutes' walk away.

What we liked the most
- We love the large shared living space where you can make friends with your new flatmates over a movie and a bottle of wine.
- Having 2 bathrooms, each with a shower, between 3 people should cut down on arguments.
- The kitchen is really well equipped, including a dishwasher.
- Although in a quiet area, it is only a short walk to shops and bars.
