Rooms area available to rent in a 65 m², 2-bedroom apartment with AC in Chamartín in north Madrid. The apartment is fully functional and equipped with all necessary facilities, including a dishwasher. It would make a comfortable and convenient home for young professionals or students.
Chamartín is a mainly residential area, calm at night and ideal for those who are looking for some peace and quiet. It is a very practical place to live if you like to travel, as the airport is only 10 minutes away by car, or a 12-minute train ride. The property is also only 7 minutes from a Carrefour supermarket, which is very useful.
What we liked the most
- AC is a valuable addition, especially given Madrid's scorching summer temperatures.
- A dishwasher is an added luxury, saving you time on washing up.
- The large and comfortable living room, complete with dining table, is ideal for relaxing or socialising with friends.
- The property's proximity to 2 different metro stations makes travel around the city easy and efficient.
- This area is ideal for football fans, as it is home to Real Madrid’s Estadio Santiago Bernabéu.
