This 3-bedroom apartment covers 90m2 and has fully furnished rooms to rent for females. The apartment is in an older style building and has lots of charm. The landlord occupies the 3rd room and is a professional Moroccan woman in her 40s.
As the name suggests, Centro is... central! If you live in Madrid, you want to be close to the action, and the action radiates outwards from the centre of the city. Sol, Gran Via, Teatro Real, and Plaza España are all within easy reach, as well as 2 metro stations to take you around the city.

What we liked the most
- The apartment is located in Plaza Santa Domingo, a solid contender for best spot to live in the city.
- There is a small dining room with a table and chairs, and lovely exposed brick walls.
- The kitchen is fully equipped and bright.
- The apartment has lots of charm and has been well decorated.
- Bedroom 2 has a lovely small balcony overlooking the street below.
Things to keep in mind
- The refrigerators are located in a seperate room outside the kitchen.
- Bedroom 1 does not have an exterior window, however it does get some light in through an interior window.
