This 90 m², 3-bedroom apartment has rooms for rent perfect for professionals. The apartment has an open layout common area, so it is easy to cook and entertain guests or talk with your roommates. The apartment has very colorful and trendy decor, making it feel very new and fresh. There is a large terrace with access form the living room that keeps the apartment filled with natural light. You would be sharing with the live-in landlord.
The apartment is located in the well-known district of La Latina. La Latina has some of the city's best tapas bars and also has events going on night and day. On Sunday mornings, the streets are filled with people for the famous flea market, El Rastro. Living here, you will never have a reason to be bored.
What we liked the most
- The terrace is very long and comes furnished with outdoor seating.
- Bedroom 1 has a bathroom for the tenant's personal use.
- The large terrace lets in plenty of natural light and is also a great place to sit outside and relax.
- The living room is fully furnished with a couch, chest table, rug, lounge sofa, and flat-screen TV.
- There is a separate dining room nook, although still connected to the kitchen and living room.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electric stove, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, and plenty of counter top space.
- The kitchen also comes with a breakfast bar and stools.
- The apartment is in a very lively neighborhood of Madrid and has a metro stop just 5 minutes away.
