This 70 m², 2-bedroom apartment has a very spacious room with a lot of storage space for rent. The apartment has polished wood floors and traditional decor, making it a very cozy home. The living room has a lot of bookshelves, so you can read and relax on the couch or in the attached enclosed balcony. The kitchen comes fully equipped and there is 1 full bathroom to share.
The apartment is located in the well-connected neighborhood of Usera. You have a metro stop about a 5-minute walk away and many bus connections. This area is very close to the Madrid Río park: ideal if you like cycling or rollerblading!
What we liked the most
- The apartment has an enclosed balcony with great courtyard views.
- The bedroom is spacious and has a a lot of storage space.
- The living room is furnished with a lot of shelving, a round table, a big comfortable couch, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, a washing machine, and a lot of cabinet space.
- The bathroom to share is fully renovated and has an elegant standing shower.
- The apartment has a metro stop nearby and is also surrounded by many parks.
